Susan R. Davis
Principal and Owner, Safety Professional
Susan Davis is the Principal and Owner of Diamond Safety Group. With over 30 years of Occupational Safety and Health experience she assist organization discover gaps and recommend solutions to safety and environmental compliance issues. Susan completed her Masters Degree in Occupational Safety and Health. Planned and developed tailored environmental health and safely programs in the areas of Lock out Tag Out, Confined Space, Fall Prevention, Hazardous Communication, and Hazardous Waste Management. Her experience includes Safety training, incident investigations, improvements in CAPA system program development, audits and assessments. Opportunities include several Fortune 500 companies where she has successful reduced the workers compensation cost, created a zero recordable incident environment, improved auditing tool and database.
Arthur Fayne
Organizational Development and Team Manager
Arthur Fayne, Principal of Business Development Concepts, has over 38 years of experience in social, economic and community development. Arthur served as executive director of the City of Cleveland’s Thurgood Marshall Recreational Center and the Hough Community Council, which became a vital part of the $4.4 billion development and resurgence of the Hough community during his leadership. Arthur also served as executive director of the UAW Ford Motor Company’s Family Service and Learning Center, where he successfully launched six family service centers in various plants throughout Ohio, including a $12 million facility in Middleburg Heights. Arthur’s background includes numerous professional development workshops and seminars in community planning, leadership development, strategic planning, and project management.
Timothy J. Smirz
Safety and Engineering Specialist
Timothy is internationally experienced, highly motivated, results driven, an exceptional mechanical individual, and former US Marine.  He has a hands on approach to problem solving, leadership by example and a “can do” approach that motivates others to excel.  With a wide range of Environmental Health and Safety experiences, additionally TJ is competent in Confined Space Safety training and demonstrations, Fall Protection solutions and Electrical Safety issues. His training includes Infrared level I, II, III courses, Infrared electrical course, Infrared building envelope inspection, Infrared roofing inspection, Airborne ultrasound level I, II, Laser alignment, Phased array inspection.  In addition he has TPM Training from the TPM institute president, Edward Hartman and 8D/5 why/DMAIC problem solving techniques.
